MSPG, ELNK have greater satisfaction rates than any other major ISP. MSFT is not as bad as AOL, PRGY or Compuserve, and I believe they're offering a deal of 6 mos free right now. If you want good service, go with MSPG. If you want good price, try MSFT. If you want fast, go with cable or DSL.
