Does this announcement mean that if you don't have your Athlon order in by now, you won't be able to buy any in Q2? What does "sold out for the 2nd quarter" mean?


It means Jerry's Q2 projection is true. ASP is $10 higher than Q1 and 10% higher revenue. I suspect AMD's processors are being sold like the flash (advance sales). Jerry has became the sandbagging master. Watch for more upgrades on Monday.

Intel is very fortunate that AMD does not have the resource to capture more market shares.
