I did not throw it.I walked back to my bag after having missed from 6 feet for the 4th time in about seven holes and stubbed the tow in the ground and the shaft just bend.I think,I know how Walter Hagen must have felt.

Another good one is what happened last September while playing a medal.I had just bought the New Titleist Driver and hitting it great. Now keep in mind that sep/oct is extremely humid in Dubai and we use about 6 to 8 gloves per round. The 18th hole is one of the hardest holes in golf anywhere in the world(water right, water left, 445 yards always into a mighty wind, water short/right/left of the green).I am sitting on a good round and first to hit.Swing and the driver just flew out of my hand and 20 yards into the creek.I stood there watching my new driver float away down the creek, while every one else was laughing their A..ss off.

I always wonder, where that driver is now, probably close to Australia.

Bye the way what is your handicap.
