Fred, If I am not mistaken, Mindspring is in a merger agreement with Earthlink. I recently started using it and have had no problems.
On another note, would you take a look at TLXS for me. This stock was a recent high flyer in the wireless infrastructure venue, alas, reporting great revenue increase ( over 400%)
but a greater than expected loss. The stock got wacked even though it has been in a downdraft over the last month.
