Teflon - for me the CC was a major consideration, but it is the overall situation - just too many problems. I am not saying that all this is MSFT's fault - but I've got to believe that there is real UPSIDE to my investments, and in a reasonable time frame. Where and when is the upside to MSFT stock? I'm not sure I like the answer at this point. Have a good weekend! Morgan
