You are right that the chart shows a current flat usage for nuclear power to generate electricity. The chart does not show that nuclear energy is decreasing. Sorry if I did not communicate what was going on in my head. The use of nuclear energy is not going down and these plants need new fuel, yet the nuclear fuel stocks have tanked. Look at USU USEG and CCJ. They look like we are taking lot of nuclear plants off line.
