scanning the biotech sector shows that it has never had a lower number of stocks on P&F sell signals all the way back to 1985. It did match the current level in the oct98 selloff. The sector reversed up from bear confirmed to bull alert in four short months. Buying at those depressed levels left fools like me well in the black through even the steepest of selloffs. Even if one were not a buyer at these levels, it might be worthwhile reveiwing some of these companies for potential buy candidates.
