DOJ gives MSFT a slap on the wrist and we start moving up from there. Anindo - why do you think the DOJ will propose just a "slap on the wrist"? Joel Klein has been relentless in his pursuit of Microsoft - and Judge Jackson's was quite severe in his ruling of earlier this month. If anything, the DOJ is likely to propose rather severe punishment. Why do you think otherwise? -Eric
