Barron's article -- So what? You think Barron's is God?

#1 Even if true, so what? Is Microsoft making that argument to the court?

#2 Even if true, so what? That just makes it more likely they'll accept expedited review.

#3 Different context. I think Jackson discusses why that doesn't control.

#4 Even if you don't like his conduct, that doesn't mean he abused his discretion.

#5 I don't think so. Findings of fact are hard to overturn. Consider the credibility of witnesses.

#6 I don't think so. They're just examples of interfering with competition to the detriment of consumers.
