RIGHTS Are a bother aren't they. Especially Elian's.
Elian's right to his life, his liberty and his pursuit of happiness. Elian's riights are paramount. Just as your father cannot take away your right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Or can he?

In case you are wondering, I am fishing for a response that says that Elian does not have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. If you want to be tricky, try some type of argument that says that you or Castro or Elian's father can modify Elian's rights.

I am curious if you or any one else dares to claim otherwise.
