Is it true that TWX is big in the islands?

I was on Maui for a vacation a couple months back and looked for evidence of broadband rollout. It wasn't clear. I saw alot of plant [lahaina] that didn't even look 2 way upgraded. There were fiber tags on the poles but very few HFC elements. Looks like they may have only been trying to eliminate long amplifier cascades.

Also who are your CLECs out there? Any evidence of time warner telecom [twtc]?
