I really can not understand why anyone would try to momo trade with the slow brokers here in Canada.

Quite simply,....because it can be done! I started the thread because some people trade their RRSP's (including me)in which case their only avenue is to DT the Canuck market.

I DT the US market with a US brokerage acct and DT the Canuck market with RRSP accts and one cash acct.

Just because Canada is 500 years behind doesn't mean that its not worth it. You, yourself DT the Vancouver Market so you are also a prime example of "putting up with the Canuck bull"

Nobody is going broke on this thread DTing the Canuck side of the house, although I believe all Dters should do both Canuck and US.
