How can I get Historical prices on an option, or a chart of the price?

Wall Street City is the only free one I know. Click on a symbol in the first column to see a graph. Packages like QCharts from Quote.com (~$80/month) give you historical Time & Sales data that allow you scroll through all the bids/asks on any prior date/time. Unfortunately I can't recommend QCharts since Lycos bought them out.
