Uhm, re dztk. Just know what press release says. Yes IRS approval is required. My point was that this is an alternative play on a spin off. I like the risk reward relationship of a covered call position. A dztk investment at 12 is one I am comfortable holding, and if the spin off goes through the probability of the two stocks exceeding 15 will be good, IMHO. I look for annualized returns north of 50% when the risk side is low. Isn't that why we play these arbitrage positions? Missed pulling the trigger on Ford a week ago Friday. May still buy if stock comes down in the next several months.
