Paul, You are right. I recall reading that Pluvia furnished info to the SEC that resulted in about half of the fraud cases (stocks) that the SEC prosecuted last year. The SEC is well aware of Pluvia. Elizebeth, please do report Pluvia to the SEC and especially send in Pluvia's report. I'm sure that they will be quite interested in what he has to say. :-) TTT
