Ola amigo. You are wrong. The man is his father no matter what country he lives in.

In this country we are a country of laws. There is no law on the books that contradicts the long established rights of a father that has never given up any rights to his child, a child whose mother is no longer alive.

Your wonderful Miami Exile community was trying to write their own law with regard to paternal rights. It looked to be some misguided, and now apparently ineffective, attempt to take a swipe at Castro at the cost of keeping a child from his only living parent. The shame is theirs compadr‚. All theirs.

Regardless of what you think of Castro and Cuba, this is America. American rules apply. By subverting the rule of law you would move America a step closer to the very thing that you decry.
