lawdog: I am not a lawyer but Judge Napolitano is...

He made a very lucid & impassioned legal case for the sheer outrageous hypocrisy of this Para-Military raid on a child's freedom.

Like it, or not - the Cuban Refugee Act gives Cuban Refugees rights that others do not have - period.

That IS the law - period.

1. The child made it to American soil - period.

2. There is NO AGE prerequisite concerning Elian being able to request political assylum for himself - period.

3. Elian is governed by the Cuban Refugee Act - period.

4. In the worst case scenario - the issue is a local one, with family court being the proper venue.

The real crime is that the child did not receive his due process and is yet just another innocent victim in the sociopathcic reign of the political chameleon who still reigns in office.

Judge Napolitanon made a very clear agruement & interpretation of the ruling of the 11th Circuit Court imho.

I do have the faintest idea how our government works - I watched Monica-gate; learned that our President can actually be diddling at 19 year old intern in the Oval Orfice with a Cigar, while simultaneously speaking on the phone to a US Senator about important peoples business, I watched him perjure himself, watched him wag his finger in our faces, read about Mena Ark, saw the pseudo-suicide of Vince Foster, saw the parade of female victims, listend to Chairman Hillarie's - "It takes a Village now become it takes a Swat Team etc.... oh, trust me; I have a very clear idea how our "present" government works... and now, so does the rest of the world...
