Simple question to the thread: What was the big hurry to grab the kid? Wasn't the kid to appear in court in 3 weeks anyway? If the ruling goes against the grand-uncle, then the Marshalls could take the kid then, with little or no risk. What was the big hurry to kick the door down? Dick
