MGV, I had a long conversation with IWOV CFO about a month ago regarding the potential for IWOV and its competition. I think there is a big misunderstanding in the minds of common investors that IWOV directly competes with VIGN. The overlap is very little and hence they can both grow in the marketplace without impacting each other. IWOV compete with the likes of DCTM (which does have a product to match IWOV and is trying to sell concept..)and Imprise. The fact that IWOV and VIGN both posted over 500% rev growth from last year tells the truth. IWOV added 42 new customers whereas VIGN added 119. You have got to respect VIGN as the leader in this content management space and it will be a dominant player. IWOV is only being around over 6 months and we have yet to see how it performs over the next little while. Hope this helps. Regards,
