Check out Softech (SOFT) trading at 3.25, up 20% for the day. Company is undervalued on fundamentals, plus for every share of SOFT, you get .1 shares of DATA SYSTEMS CP. (DSYS) currently trading at 12.875. DSYS
is a hot stock, up 30% in the last week or so on an announcement of Y2K involvement.

The word is that SOFT will distribute the DSYS shares to the stockholders within the next 30 days. If and when the distribution is announced, the stock should make a big move.
