T may have to sell some assets to get approval of mediaone.

One remedy is for AT&T to sell Liberty, though analysts say that option is fraught with negative tax implications. Liberty Chairman John Malone said in an interview on CNBC this week that he didn't think spinning off Englewood, Colorado-based Liberty as a resolution was ``in the cards at this time.'
