In my mind the recommendations aren't as important, but are still somewhat of a factor. The 3 biggest draws are the fee structure, the CMA rewards, and the execution. Look how much American Express and various platinum cardholders pay. This program is better, yet costs less. Research would be next most important, then recommendations last. Now if they could get real time charts instead of just quotes I would be really happy. Jeff
