MH that helps tremendously. Thank youvery much. One question though: The coupon is 11.375%. Therefore, many believe that G will not be able to service this debt, thus the high risk assigned to it. (YTM is 50% on a Coupon of 11.375%)* My understanding of a coupon is something you cut off, and turn into a bank for payment (coupon bond) - so if I bought the bond you described I get paid interest how often? Secondly, I think your other point is 11.375% for 4 years is 50%, right? Could you clarify those two things, and thanks again. Best, Jeff Smith
