I believe you have mistaken the meaning of my posts. The embargo must stay. Castro is old, yes, but opening trade with Cuba before true negotiations without Castro is not only futile towards future commerce but also dangerous to peace in this region. Castro must go before even considering a lift of the embargo. I do not wish to make Cuba into an arms dealer for the world. Castro remaining would ensure that possibility.
