One thing I've learned through this mess, being on the receiving end of a lot of hostility from my husband, is that a misunderstanding of what the law truly is, and the facts truly are, in this matter, is cause for great confusion, and hostility. I guess being a lawyer is a terrible thing, but at least I know what the law is. Like it or not, the law must prevail. "Hard cases make bad law." I guess you are not happy about the result, and therefore you criticize the process. But perhaps that is unfair.
