I'm back, rested, and wondering what's been going on? Had a lot of yard and house work to do today so just getting on line now. Looks to be over 300 posts here since I left, and I've a lot of reading to catch up on; plus lots of email, PMs, and scans to do, etc. Will be hard to be ready for Monday. Any suggestions from any one?
Seems the NAZ had its first retest, but I'm not sure if we're done yet. Scary times on vacation when standing in the hotel lobby I overheard 2 desk clerks and another hotel employee discussing the market, its gyrations, and their investments. While none were shoe shine boys, I had to wonder what this portends. Are things really different this time?
Got taken out on a couple of positions of my longs by stops I really didn't think would be hit, my one short in EPMN was closed when it hit its buy stop (at 5 from 15+) so damage was mitigated. Still have original positons in AZTC and PCTL, tho both are back to almost break even. Didn't have stops on those as they were purchased so low I didn't really think they could become losers, SWIK. Should have sold everything before going away - another lesson learned.
Then again, had I sold it all, I might never have left Maui. Great sun, snorkeling, tennis, food, family time. Mark, I highly recommend it and no jet skis are allowed this time of year because whales are still in the area. <VBG>
