You get dealt two aces and the dealer has a 10 showing.
Answer: Split

You get dealt 11, and the dealer has an ace showing.
Answer: Hit

You get dealt a pair of 8's, and the dealer has an 8 showing.
Answer: Split

The fellow at the #2 position gets dealt a pair of kings and splits them.
Answer: Move to to another table UNLESS the cards work out in your favor, in which case, you encourage him to continue to make wrong headed moves
