SELF-government is such an oxymoron. Besides, all
governments bloat over any length of time in excess of
half an election cycle.

(This is not to say that we should not aim at change. Only
that we should not pin too many hopes on *one* thing.)

Osho once made a remark that USA was much closer to
achieving socialism than USSR. How true. (circa. 1970)
