Zeev, I have to disagree because the first, most important point is that massive amounts of trader gains are gone first. This alone should impact tax revenues. There are some who have the burden of massive losses that will take years to recover in capital loss carryovers. However, the real loss is in the fact that these people no longer have spare money to do the taxable trading in the future. Others who "got out alive" will not be as aggressive at some point. Besides, we aren't done with this.
