Conspire against them? What are you talking about? What conspiracy? The Relatives? These people were given TEMPORARY custody of the boy. Then they and the community were defying the rule of law in NOT RETURNING him. What conspiracy is that? Does the government CONSPIRE AGAINST bank robbers when they arrest them?
