Do you make this up as you go along. Its all false. The court ruled that the Gov. can keep Elian here until a ruling (asylum claim). If the Gov. wants to. Juan Miguel and Elian could leave and I doubt he would be stopped. He is under no court order. But he may stay out of gratitude to Reno. This won't happen again because they'll never put any children with so called family in the future. #3 is laughable.
