My/and other's question's still remain unanswered by TRAC reps here:
What is the problem with routing to HRZG, orders left hanging for minutes on end in the AM gaps...and the frequent messages that we keep recieving from TRAC that routing is down?
*happened 3 or more times the week before last, and the week before that, etc.etc. and several times this last week, HRZG going down in the am.
What has line speed, system capacity, ISP/connectivity have to do with the fixing a problem, when the broker/TRAC losing connection with their own MM?
We all know these messages are sent out by TRAC system wide, and have hapened so frequently of late...and for minutes in the morning trading , to lose that connection is vital.....and orders do not execute, etc!....so how can we be saying here that it is only happening ------>to a chosen few? ...or is it? ....those are precious minutes to be "down"....wouldn't you agree?
When "HRZG~routing" is down, and TRAC sends out these messages to that effect so often in the early going, these last weeks.... ------>this is a problem with an ISP ?.....or with TRAC / HRZG ?

PS: most all other times TRAC/Data/News and trading works decently....sometimes very well! .... Ran Defragmentation and re~downloaded MyTrack program....now i can't seem to be able to "copy" News Arts now....<g> |
