As a loather of left AND right- I don't give a crap what either has to say about anything. However, transplant this case to America and imagine a Saudi mom running off with an American dad's kid. Let's say the Saudi mom is not the custodial parent. Let's say she chooses a mode of transportation that is dangerous and unreliable. Let's say she ends of up dead, and damn near kills the kid too. Should the American dad get his kid back? How many laws has Mrs. Runaway mom broken? Do you have any idea? As for the Dad- I was under the impression he wasn't allowed to come here, and was only recently granted permission. Perhaps I am mistaken. Of course I don't understand why the kid wasn't sent back Federal Express and immediately.
