Yes, as long termer, 1.88 times 42 is one hell of a buy point for me. Didn't buy this cheap in a long time. Gates, Balmer love to create a lot of Fear, uncertainity and doubt some analysts are good at reading beyond that. Several analysts at the confernce call were suspicious about MSFT's gloom and doom talk. Rick Sherlund asked: Aren't you guys just being overly conservative? Mary Meeker asked about Fy02; there was no projection. MSFT loves these scare tactics it helps softy to give cheap stock options to attract talent and also helps the buyback.
