By September this year, MSFT will be back around 120. The case would be in appeals court. MSFT is agreeing to expedited remedy because the friendly appeals judges are waiting to hammer lower court ruling. Those judges always in the past overturned rulings by lower court against MSFT. Also, by second half it will be clear that MSFT friendly folks will be heading to white house and most importantly, OEM PC business would have solidly turned around. The FY01 EPS projection will start getting revised up to 2.20 or so.
