I agree with you. The site is poor (at best). I sent a couple emails to their customer service. Must be some dead end server that's just storing messages, I've never received a reply (even an automated one) and it's been a couple weeks.

I contrast that with a couple different sites that have membership fees. Before I was going to plunk down some money I had some questions and emailed inquiries about specific issues I wanted answers for. I received a response from one site the same day and the other site then following day. And I wasn't even a paying member when they replied to me.

What a difference. From a customer service standpoint the Gilder site is a flop IMO. Regarding negotiating around the site it is little better.
