SS: As usual you miss the point. This is about confiscation of private intellectual property. I don't care who invents it but if that person wants to keep it and sell it our country up until this about has elected to allow the owner of such property keep same. When this is all said and done intellectual property rights will be one of the pillars of MSFT's defense. Remember you reas it here first. JFD
