I think that I am understanding your logic. From your logic, people who have to negotiate with the I.R.S. over their taxes are not law abiding, I guess. You think that, because the Government accuses someone of something, or disagrees with someone, they are automatically criminals. Guilty until proven innocent.

You know..... there is a country about 90 miles south of Miami that has those types of rules. You should love it there! <g>
