I was sick of this from the outset. But the press found something to zero in on, much like the Monicagate stuff. I wouldn't be surprised to find out in a week that nuclear war occurred somewhere on the planet last month and the press didn't cover it. The amount of attention focused on one child shows seems so misguided. That much effort could have helped thousands of kids in need, and avoided depriving that boy of his father in the meantime.
