First, the link posted says that it is too large to fit in a standard case. Second, these is not a production board so estimating the cost of a production board is somewhat premature because we do not have a BOM. WRT the motherboard itself other references posted already have set the number of layers in the motherboard at 17 for DDR. That is a lot and quite expensive to manufacture and test. :)
