"Dataquest estimates the NAS market will grow by 110% in 2000, reaching $1.2 billion."

Wait a minute. NTAP themselves has projected at least a billion bucks in revenue for themselves alone this year. Sure that includes a quarter into 2001, but that $1.2 billion has to be a low estimate if NTAP's most likely conservative projections (to avoid SEC ire and underperformance criticisms) are accurate. Cache is not going to provide that much revenue to NTAP this year.

So, the NAS market must be growing even faster than we think, or it is being undercounted by nearly one-half or so.
