Hi Tejek, RE: "its just the next 2 months about which I am worried." Win2K has two significant releases (tools & upgrade) which will help chip sales (assuming adequate chip supply), although, they may not be in your time frame. The first one is in June and the second one is in September. The upgrade is significant in that IT managers generally prefer .1 not .0. Amy J
