Frank, you do realize that a good lawyer could conceivably have dragged this matter for two years before a final court judgement would have been rendered. Without including the appeal process, which would have prolonged the matter further.

Are you suggesting that the boy be kept from his father during this period???

If you want your day in court, well, I have no problemo with that. Meanwhile, let the loving father raise his son and not a tattooed fisherman and some moistened tw@t.
