It's interesting to note that when SYMC was around 81 a few weeks ago, the BOA analyst still had a "strong buy" rating because NASDAQ was very hot at the time, probably wanted to sell SYMC then. The market then tanked and SYMC dropped to 67; now, with SYMC beats estimates by a whopping .10, he reduces the rating with "valuation" issue... Definitely tries to depress the price and buy it low.

It surely smells very fishy. Again, weak hands are gonna feel sorry they are selling now. Isn't it so obvious to them that analysts are only self-serving?
