I was referring to the Washington Agreement - wasn't the agreement to limit sales to 300 tons?

As for leasing I wonder if the only important number (which we won't ever know)is the amount leased to the carry trade?
Gold leased to producers only effects timing.

Re: scrap - how reliable do you think the figures can be? I wonder if it's not some kind of balancing accounting entry
- to rationalise the gap - it just seems unlikley that much scrap would find its way to the market when prices are so low?
