McKeag is a management consultant specializing in advisory services to emerging-growth companies from a wide range of industries. Prior to forming his own consulting firm, McKeag was the CFO for Jenkon International, where he was responsible for engineering a corporate growth strategy, which resulted in a successful public offering. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a J.D. degree from Loyola Law School. Singhal is a managing director of corporate finance at Roth Capital Partners and heads their E-Commerce Group. He has broad experience in corporate financing and lending, including equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital restructuring.
