LOS ANGELES, Apr 24, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Entertainment Boulevard Inc.
(OTCBB:EBLD), a leading provider of streaming entertainment-related media on the
Internet as well as comprehensive media encoding services, today announced its
board of directors, in a special meeting held on Friday, April 21, 2000, elected
two outside directors, Steve McKeag and Shelly Singhal, as board members.

McKeag is a management consultant specializing in advisory services to
emerging-growth companies from a wide range of industries.

Prior to forming his own consulting firm, McKeag was the CFO for Jenkon
International, where he was responsible for engineering a corporate growth
strategy, which resulted in a successful public offering. He is a Certified
Public Accountant and holds a J.D. degree from Loyola Law School.

Singhal is a managing director of corporate finance at Roth Capital Partners and
heads their E-Commerce Group. He has broad experience in corporate financing and
lending, including equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and
capital restructuring.

Prior to investment banking, Singhal worked in lending at Foothill Capital and
at Heller Financial. He received his B.S. degree from Seaver College at
Pepperdine University.
