The European vendors have, in the past, shown no desire to tolerate anyone with a lead and are willing to play all sorts of PR or technical forum political games to nullify the lead or slow down the leader. I seem to remember VOD trying to get some foothold in England for CDMA in the 400Mhz band or even trying to get presence for CDMA some other way but its never happened. Always been blocked. I think I said herre before that NOK and ERICY were probably among the main reasons that their countries joined the Common Market. All we are seeing is the justification for that now being applied against the Q and it is very effective not only in the Commmon Market but also it seems now possibly in Japan too. Q should ask for discovery of all relevant documents. BTW whats all this about Brazil having to choose between CDMA and GSM in the next few weeks? Best regards, L
