i will go over their balance sheet tonight. i bet you the debt portion of it is the fastest growing segment over the last few years, a la IBM. they are one of the cos. most actively engaging in the wealth transfer scheme and destruction of shareholder value by doing massive debt based buybacks of their grossly inflated stock. that said, the put/call oi. picture on MRK is constructive and the stock is right at resistance. if it breaks through it's going to run for a while.
