Deal Will Expose Millions of Users Throughout Asia
to Internet-Based Communications Services
deltathree.com (Nasdaq: DDDC.O), a global provider of Internet

services to individuals and businesses worldwide, today announced it
has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with chinadotcom
corporation (Nasdaq: CHINA.O, website: www.corp.china.com) to
incorporate deltathree.com's Internet communication services on
chinadotcom's portals.
The deal represents a tremendous opportunity for deltathree.com to
expose millions of users throughout Asia, one of the world's fastest
growing markets for Internet-based services, to the benefits of IP
telephony. It also represents deltathree.com's first strategic
partnership in the region, where the company already has a significant
presence due to its network hubs in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
Under the partnership, deltathree.com will make available its
current and future Internet communication services to users of
chinadotcom's portals which include china.com, cww.com, hongkong.com
and taiwan.com. The companies will also work together to develop a
co-branded Chinese language communications portal that will be
accessible directly from the World Wide Web and through links located
on chinadotcom's portals and the deltathree.com web site.
The partnership also provides that the parties will work together
to co-brand deltathree.com's Internet communication services for
resale via the chinadotcom distribution channel. The co-branded
deltathree.com services will be translated and marketed on
chinadotcom's portals.
