You are correct. Stockholders will be voting an amendment at the 16 June 97 Annual Meeting authorizing 1,000,000 shares of preferred stock. The question is whether they have enough cash to survive until they have their offering. Let's hope! I guess Zacks was incorrect about today being the earnings announcement day.
